What to Bring:

Outdoor clothing/jacket; personal items – PJ’s, robe, toiletries; modest swimwear; small amount of spending money (around $10-$20); gym shoes; any over the counter medicines you may need such as Tylenol, and prescription medications. We will have PPE on hand as well.

School Assignments:

There will be limited time allotted to work on school assignments. We ask that only the necessary homework be sent. Instruction on the ECC will be our focus!

If you would like to register, please email ckwillia@nd.gov or mail Cindy Williams the following forms which are available on our website. (Forms are valid for one year.)

Student Data form (please complete all areas, authorization area needs to be signed – not just typed; last page requires initials),
Release of Information between local school and NDVS/SB (needs to be signed – not just typed)

Registration may also be completed through your Vision/Outreach Teacher. If you would like to receive a paper copy of the forms, contact Cindy at 701-795-2704 or ckwillia@nd.gov and one will be mailed out.

We have limited spaces available, and registrations are confirmed based on availability and needs of the student. Since we are a ND state agency, priority will be given to ND residents. You will be notified confirming your registration around April 19th.
